Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 Domestic (Netherlands): 2-4 business days.
 International: 5-10 business days.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@prime7.nl with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
