We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@prime7.nl. Returns must be sent according to the return instructions provided by us after your return request has been accepted. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. A flat return shipping fee of €6.95 will be charged once per return and may be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The €6.95 return shipping fee applies to standard returns, such as returns due to a change of mind. This fee does not apply where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will not be charged the standard €6.95 return shipping fee where applicable under consumer law.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned where permitted by applicable law, including certain custom or personalized products and goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on gift cards. Any restrictions on returns for discounted or sale items apply only where permitted by applicable law and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You can contact us at support@prime7.nl.
For returns made under the EU right of withdrawal, a flat return shipping fee of €6.95 will be charged once per return and may be deducted from your refund, where permitted by applicable law and where you have been informed of this cost in advance. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, or incorrect goods.
Returned items should be handled with reasonable care. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
